The Director of Product Management role is a unique leadership role that will interface with multiple disciplines such as sales, marketing, manufacturing and engineering to create solutions for our clients in the intralogistics, telematics, tracking or warehouse management industries. As our product leader, you will drive our product initiatives from conception to launch and ensuing iterations.
Your experience in running a business as a product manager/general manager brings the necessary foundation of leading a product team.
You are a true Product manager to the core. You take a holistic approach in product delivery and value the importance of collaboration and partnership among the different teams – in particular sales and engineering.
Ideally, you have experience in Intralogistics, Telematics, Tracking and/or Warehouse Management Systems – a combination of these is a plus.
You have customer empathy, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to create the best customer experience from top to bottom – striving to create a product that provides value to all customers.
You are a leader with strong communication skills and an analytical, metrics-driven workstyle.
